When I was in a wreck in February last year, my family recommended I give The Law Offices of Tim O’Hare a call and allow him to handle my case.
I couldn’t be more relieved to have followed their advice, because Tim’s office truly helped out more than I could have imagined. As a victim of the wreck myself, I was nervous enough because it was my first accident, and I had no idea how to handle almost any of it. Because of stereotypes, one would normally imagine a very impersonal experience with an attorney’s office, where the individual might be just another case, dealt with and tossed aside after. This couldn’t be more untrue of Tim’s office. Since it’s closer to me,
I visited the Carrollton office, where, on almost every occasion, I was able to speak with and discuss my case with Mr. O’Hare himself. He was very descriptive and thorough about the documentation and information he needed to accurately and successfully work my case, and he always handled everything professionally and respectfully. He ensured that I received every benefit possible to cover the costs of healthcare and the compensation of my totaled vehicle at a more-than-fair price. Even after everything was settled, he gave me a call and checked up on how things were progressing with finding a new car and how well I had recovered after visiting the exceptional chiropractor he recommended.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with my own experience or the outcome thereof, and I have and will continue to recommend his office to others just in case they’re ever involved in an accident.
Tim is a great guy. An honest lawyer – which is rapidly becoming an endangered species I think. He is a man of character and integrity.

Gratefully, Tim took on the case of my father who had been involved in an unfortunate accident. Tim’s sincere concern for him and his willingness to ethically handle all aspects of this case were a welcome calm in an otherwise physically and emotionally demanding time.
He remained in contact with true concern for how my father was doing and keeping him updated on the progress. There is no doubt I would recommend Tim should there be any other instances where his services were required within my family or circle of influence. Tim is a true professional in all areas.
Mr. O’Hare and his staff have taken care of my family and I several times, and each time they have been EXCEPTIONAL!
They got me in for therapy with my accident, kept me informed every step of the way during negotiations with the other party, and also discussed my options with me in a manner that made me feel as if I were an integral part of the process.
He and his staff made me feel like I was a person instead of a checkbook. Mr. O’Hare is the only attorney I will use if ever there comes another car accident or other issue in which he can help me and my family. Andrea McKee791 days agoI had been handling my car insurance claim on my own for the past 4 months. After much negotiation with the insurance company of the party at fault, the claim was at an impasse. Enter The Law Offices of Tim O’Hare, specifically - Mr. Dustin Clay. I called their office last week, and the receptionist was very polite and had an attorney (Mr. Clay) return my call same day. He allowed me to share my situation, never rushing, interrupting, or pressuring me, and offered excellent advice and advised on how their firm might be able to help me. He offered me a one hour in person appointment the following week, at no cost, to review my claim thus far. After reviewing my claim in detail, he shared my options - even options that didn’t make his law firm a dime - but were in my best interest. Ultimately I decided to continue handling the claim on my own, not once did I feel pressure to hire them - Mr. Clay was professional the entire time. At this point I had talked to four law firms - NONE of them compared to the integrity of The Law Offices of Time O’Hare. None of them. If I were going to be represented by any law firm in Texas, it would be them. Thankfully, they have an attorney that handles wills/estates - so I will be working with them in the future on that. Was not ready for me to open my wallet, just to actually help me and if my case was not too bad, he advised me on how to proceed and the things he didn't know, he asked "the expert" in that field to call me and advice me. Daniel Williamson1766 days agoIn short - Tim and his team are incredibly competent, honest, and patient. They were pivotal factors in easing the confusion and tedium of my injury claim. --- Personal injury cases suck a lot. Between healthcare, financial security, liens, and insurance companies, the situation following my injury felt incredibly untenable. I didn't feel like I had a single qualified ally to help me until I talked to Tim and his team. I won't say it was immediate, but I felt very quickly that I could trust these people to advocate for my best interest. And that they did - at every turn this team was willing and eager to inform me what they were doing and why. I'm someone who asks a lot of questions and not once did I feel like my concern or curiosity was discouraged. But the most important part - Tim was an absolute bulldog through this process. He intervened on my behalf on multiple occasions when dealing with antagonistic healthcare or insurance agents and that made all the difference in my experience. We have all heard the horror stories!! NOT This Law Firm!! From our first visit until the last we always felt right at home and it was THEM after US to return calls and emails!! NO KIDDING! Everyone there is very kind, respectful and a real pleasure to work with, they explain things thoroughly and answer all of your questions and will always be willing to make sure you fully understand. They've given a beautiful face-lift to an iconic downtown Carrollton landmark hardware store and turned it into a gorgeous law office. The staff was professional and courteous and kept me informed while I waited to see Mr O'Hare about my daughter's accident. I was so unsure how to handle this situation so I called Tim's office without hesitation. However, after working with Tim and David, I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My auto insurance policy included protection for me in such under-insured situations; but I soon learned that my insurance company would use every loop hole and stall tactic trying to get out of covering me. Witness family wife was a registered nurse. She wrote a report to police. Nurse informed police that the other driver was dwi.mr. O’ Hare said you can Not get blood out of a turnip. My uninsured insurance auto company paid under the under insured provision mr. This mistake by the pharmacy led to the overdose of my child. Tim came to our home and got to know my family why rushing for a settlement to benefit my child. He has always handled the phone calls with the utmost importance and genuine concern for my problem. Every bit of advice I have taken and it has worked out perfectly in the end. His level-headed approach to the situations was not just calming to me at the time; it also eased my concerns towards the problem. Maegan Bynum4970 days agoWhen I was in a wreck in February last year, my family recommended me to give the Law Offices of Tim O'Hare a call and allow him to handle my case. I couldn't be more relieved to have followed their advice, because Tim's office truly helped out more than I could have imagined. As a victim of the wreck myself, I was nervous enough because it was my first accident, and I had no idea how to handle almost any of it. Because of stereotypes, one would normally imagine a very impersonal experience with an attorney's office, where the individual might be just another case, dealt with and tossed aside after. This couldn't be more untrue of Tim's office. Since it's closer to me, I visited the Carrollton Office, where, on almost every occasion, I was able to speak with and discuss my case with Mr. O'Hare himself.
