We see everyone within two minutes of their arrival, every time, no exceptions. We know your time is just as valuable as ours — and we make sure our actions reflect that.
  2. We promptly return every phone call. How many times have you called somewhere and left a message, only to be called back the next day, or the day after, if you were even called back at all? Our staff addresses this issue in a couple of ways. First, we will not send a client to our voicemail unless we are on a call that we cannot place on hold or hang up with. Second, we return every call promptly, and every employee of our firm returns every client phone call they received during the day before they go home, every day.
  3. We know who our clients are. In our business, there’s nothing more frustrating for clients than feeling as though the attorneys working on their case don’t know who they are. We know who you are when you call us. We don’t have to pull you up on the computer or pull your file. We want to be on a first-name basis with each of our clients, and work hard to establish a personal connection with every client.
  4. We are always willing to take whatever time necessary to answer clients’ questions. We understand that what you are dealing with is probably the first time you have been in a situation like it. We don’t act like there’s something wrong with you simply because you don’t understand all the inner-workings of personal injury law. We will take all the time you need to make sure your questions are answered and your concerns alleviated.
